You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the light, the neighborhood, the kitchen, the comfy beds and the private deck. My place is good for couples over 25, solo adventurers, and small families as it only sleeps four.

The space
The house (1860) is built on a hill so the second floor is the main floor on the street level. I called it a suite because it is a complete, two bedroom , living room , dining room , deck with gas grill, full bath , fully stocked kitchen, and private accommodation. I live in the lower level (hobbit house/maids quarters) which is also private.

The location of the house is in Historic Sandwich Village on a very quiet street and you are literally foot steps away from a lot of restaurants , the boardwalk beach and historic homes and exhibits, plus miniature golf in the summer and fall season. The Heritage Gardens and Museum is a short drive.
