All kitchen appliances are Bosch - oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Washing machine and separate tumble dryer are located in the boiler room in the hallway. Ironing board and hair dryer are also included. High quality white Denby and Villeroy and Boch china, Prestige, Pyrex ad crystal glasses.
Family bathroom has whirlpool bath and separate shower enclosure.
First bedroom has king size bed, Hypnos mattress, En-suite bathroom with shower, Smart TV with Netflix and fitted wardrobe.
Second bedroom has king size bed, Hypnos mattress, smart TVs with Netflix and fitted wardrobe.
Third bedroom (2 singles) has TV with DVD player and Netflix and fitted wardrobe. One of the singles is a full size pull out. Please confirm with us if you need this so we can get it ready for your stay.
Towels, Egyptian bed linen and bathmats are provided.
The lounge and all bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen smart TV's with Netflix movie access included. (Lounge TV is Sony 44" wall-mounted with additional sound bar and woofer for sport, movie or relaxing music experience).
Selection of books, games and DVDs are provided . The open plan living area and main bathroom have surround sound systems with ceiling speakers that connect by Bluetooth to smart Phones.
We have really thought about providing a luxury but homely space for you and never fail to be inspired by the roof terrace and the view of Hebden, the river and surrounding countryside. It really is special.
Located in a peaceful and private river-side setting in the centre of beautiful Hebden Bridge, close to the ancient bridge. 1-2 minute walk from all shops, cafes and restaurants.
Interaction with guests
We are close by, so if you need any help, just get in touch. We live locally and Simon's office is based in Hebden Bridge (Ryburne Insurance Brokers) if you need assistance or access to office equipment.
Other things to note
Because of the town centre location there is unfortunately no free parking . There are parking bays outside the apartment with meters from 8am-6pm (charge of 60p per hour) and car parks close by. Parking outside the apartment is free from 6pm to 8am. There are also parking places in hebden bridge which are free but not town centre.
Please note although suitable for children there is a roof terrace so children should be supervised at all times on the terrace. Please do not put anything on the ledge of the roof terrace or sit on it for obvious safety reasons for yourselves and people walking/driving on the road below.
No parties or events
The floors are all oak, so no stilettos or similar heels indoors as these can damage the surface please. Please do not drag the furniture upstairs as it will scratch the floor. Any damages to the contents and fixtures may be charged for.
Accidents happen so we won't get too excited about the occasional breakages of crockery but please do tell us so we know what to replace. Please only use the non-breakable glasses and plates etc on the balcony for safety reasons.
Also please give due consideration to other residents of the building, especially when using the roof terrace in the evening.
From Dec 22 - 27, 2017 the minimum stay is 4 nights.
