Park Farm is in an ideal location facing south . The only sounds at night are the birds and animals. The farmhouse dates back to approx 1750 and was originally a cheese farm, the remains of the old cheese press is in the yard. There are many of the original features .Near Cannock Chase an area of outstanding beauty. Family-friendly activities, public transport close to the towns. You’ll love our homely B&B because of the rural location but convenient to shops and good communications.

The space

Our bedrooms are very much "home from home" and all have stunning views of the surrounding farmyard and countryside views. Each bedroom has ensuite facilities comprising a shower, toilet and washbasin. There are televisions in each room and tea making facilities and coffee making trays.

Guest access

Guests are welcome to use the lounge with an inglenook fire place and relax. There is a country garden with seating area if the sun is shining. They can also use the kitchen if they need to.

Lovely farmhouse in quiet surroundings. I had a great night’s sleep and a wonderful breakfast the next morning. Mavis was very friendly.

Easily one of the best B&Bs I've ever stayed at. Accommodating, friendly, delicious food, a warm fire, conversation about the surrounding area and a working farm - such a delight to stay here! Definitely coming back and highly recommend this super host!

Mavis was a fantastic host, and I couldn't of asked for a better more convenient and comfortable place to stay, for the venue down the road. Good value for money, comfortable sleeping, welcoming environment and the cooked breakfast was delicious

Park Farm was excellent value for money and in a great location, minutes away from the canal and a short 25minute walk Rugeley. Mavis was a delightful host and made me feel very welcome. I was even put to work to take water up to the sheep and pick mushrooms which were used in my breakfast. I recommend staying here to anyone wanting something quiet & basic with character and charm. Thanks again Mavis!!! Xx

Mavis's farm is lovely and secluded. I was in Staffordshire for the Half Ironman triathlon and the B and B is perfectly situated for the Shrugborough Estate. My 2 dogs were really at home on the farm and Mavis helpfully looked after them for me during the race, which I really appreciated.

I am an OAP married with 2 grown-up sons and 2 grandchildren. I enjoy outdoor life and the countryside We have 2 collie dogs which work with the sheep. I seem to be full of ideas but not the time to do it all.
