Guests will have full access and complete privacy to the entire property, including both the front house and back house, making it easy for larger groups to spread out while still enjoying time together. The spacious front yard is all yours to enjoy, perfect for morning yoga, kids' playtime, or gathering under the stars.

Services / Exclusions / Amenity Limitations:
     •    Regular housekeeping services are not provided during the stay, but a cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge.
    •    Air conditioning is limited to the bedrooms only.
    •    Concierge services are available to assist with booking massages, chefs, cleaning, or airport transfers upon request.

Check-in / Check-out procedure:
    •    Upon arrival, they will enter the code provided. Extra keys and the gate remote will be left on the kitchen counter.
    •    Checkout: Guests are asked to dispose of any trash, start the first load of dishes, turn off all split AC units and lights, lock up the property, and leave the keys and garage remote on the kitchen counter.
