There are all kinds of restaurants within walking distance and four great pubs, one of which specialises in craft beer, with literally hundreds of choices of beer. The area is very safe and there are also two parks within walking distance and a 9 hole golf course less than 2/3 mins walk away. The Lagan tow path, Queens University, Ulster Museum and Botanic Gardens are only a 15 mins walk.
