The best place in the Piémont. Near Torino, it's perfect place if you are travelling between Torino and Milano. The Country is beautiful and quiet. The house is on the Hill with a fantastic view on the mountains. The house is big, clean, fresh and perfect for a family! Mariangela is a fantastic host with plemty of generosity. You can go to meet her!

Mariangelas appartment is a fantastic place to stay. We just stayed for one night but defenetly would have stayed longer if we had not booked our next destination yet. We booked the appartment just 2 hours befor arrival the communication with the host was fantastic and even she was not home yet we where able to pick up the key in the flower shop down the road and the owner drove with us up the hill to guide us the way. The appartment is perfect for a family u easily can stay there with 4-5 persons. It's well furnished and lovely decorated with lots of personality. In the fridge is even ice cream waiting for the guest. From the small balcony U have a nice view over the town. The host Mariangela gave us a warm welcome when she came home and presented us a bottle of local wine. Don't miss to ask her to visit the St. Andrews church just opposite the appartment. We enjoyed the privat visit of the church with the host and learned a lot of the history. We defenetly will be back and can highly recommend to book this place and meet the charming host Mariangela!

The only reason I would hesitate to give a positive review of Mariangela's apartment is that it may become too popular and we may have trouble booking it in future. Believe the previous reviews . This one is for the nomadic rambler with a car - that includes most baby boomers, and in our case especially Australians. Believe the photos. They are not clickbait. The rural tranquility, including the church bells is everything that you could hope for in a Piemonte visit. It is not far to Torino if you wish to base yourself in Castelnuovo Don Bosco. It is not all solitude. We chanced upon a celebration for the 40th anniversary of the Vespa club. The piazza was alive and kicking on a Saturday night. For any of you with an ecclesiastical bent Marianela can give a detailed discourse on the Salesian / Don Bosco religious order - The village owes its name to his consecrated life, and the adjacent church is built in his honour. On Mariangela's recommendation we travelled to CaMarruchia - an agriturisma that involved a very long lunch.. This was fine regional dining that could not be bettered in Metropolitan areas. We were so enchanted with our visit that we booked a second night. It has been the best value Airbnb so far. Thank you Mariangela.

Monferrina di nascita, vorrei darvi l'opportunità di conoscere questo meraviglioso territorio che non ha nulla da invidiare alla Toscana o alle Langhe. Ne parleremo insieme davanti ad un buon bicchiere di Malvasia...
