My place is close to The Natchez Trace and historic Leipers Fork. You’ll love my place because the private, cozy cabin is situated on a 20 acre farm that adjoins the Trace. You will have a fireplace, a large screened in porch, and three friendly miniature donkeys. Very quiet and peaceful. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, outdoor folks, bicyclers, and business travelers.

The space
Located in an artistic, rural area only fifteen minutes from Franklin and thirty minutes from Green Hills in south Nashville.

Where you’ll be

Franklin, Tennessee, United States

Leiper's Fork has a few restaurants and several antique stores and art shops, but the area is rural. We do not even have a traffic light. A number of folks in the music industry live here, and much of the land is set aside in "land trusts." Everyone takes good care of their property, so Leiper's Fork has an "upscale " feel. Williamson County Parks and Recreation has an exercise facility about five minutes from the cabin. Cost is$2/visit, but operational hours are limited.
