We have a furnished studio(annexe)with separate entrance of the house in garden area near City Centre,Railway station,Bus Station and Football and Cricket Grounds.Ideal location for staying in Nottingham.Buses and Trams are available to go anywhere in Nottingham.There are big food chains McDonalds,Pizza Hut and other restaurants there.You can check our reviews before booking, House is located in NG2 area that is almost centre of Nottingham.Flat is fully furnished with all facilities.

The space
We have one double bed(for two persons),One day bed (for two persons).There is 42” tv there with freeview set up.There is small attached kitchen with electric Oven and microwave and all kitchen stuff.
There is clean wash room you can see in pictures.
River bank on the backside of the house,Bus and Tram stops are closed to the house.City centre ,Train and Bus stations are on walking distance.Ideal place for living.
City centre,Both University campus,QMC and anywhere in the city you can go easily.Very well connected with city transportation system.
Place is not pet friendly.Please do not book even if you are coming with service dog due to health and safety reasons.

Very nice area,River Trent is flowing on the back side,Riverside business park is on walking distance all the brands are there,Castle Marina Retail park where all the food chains and bars.Nottingham Forest Football club,Trent Bridge cricket Stadium ,Boots industrial state,Experian,Notts County Football club,Nottingham University Campus,Nottingham Trent University Campus etc Each and every thing is in your access with good transportation.From broad marsh bus station you can Catch bus CITYLINK C1 from collin street (stop C5)to Crossgate Drive (stop ME19)or catch no.48 from collin street (stop C4) to Crossgate Drive (stop ME33).
From Train station You can catch citylink C1 from station street (stop S4) to Crossgate drive (stop M19).
Or No.48 from station street (stop S1) to Crossgate Drive (stop ME33).then turn left on to meadows way (315ft) then turn right onto Ainsworth Drive(167ft) and turn right on to Royston Close.
You can catch Tram from train station to Beeston or Clifton.Towards Beeston nearest stop is Meadows WAy West.Come straight to meadows ways turn left to Ainsworth Drive and turn right to Royston Close.
If you use Tram towards Clifton nearest stop is Meadows embankment stop.Come straight to meadows way then turn right in Ainsworth Drive and turn right to Royston Close and the last house on left hand side is mine.
