My place is in the heart of Portobello a 10-minute walk to Saint Stephen's green, Grafton street and Camden St with its vibrant bars, restaurants, and cafe's to offer you. On the scenic grand Canal Portobello is ideal for a romantic weekend away or your Dublin city trip.
The apartment has a large living room with high ceilings and a Gothic fireplace, the four poster bed in the bedroom was the queen's bed from the series the Tudors.

Comfortable and a little bit quirky. A great airbnb. Well stocked, very comfortable bed and sitting room. Close to plenty of pubs and restaurants. Nice to walk along the canal. Stephen communicated well. Would stay again and recommend to friends. (If you are looking for live bands, the Bowery is close and a lot of fun).

Stephen is the perfect host. Communication was easy, and quick. Everything we could possibly need during our stay was provided by Stephen, including great recommendations on what to see, and where to go to eat and drink. There was orange juice and milk in the frig, plenty of cereal choices, fresh fruit and a nice assortment of teas. It was great to have breakfast at the flat before we headed out exploring the city. The flat is lovely, charming and instantly comfortable. Stephen helped us feel at home and at ease. We enjoyed walking the flat 15 minute walk to the city center and also found taking public transportation very easily accessible from the flat. We had a great time!

Great place to stay if your visiting Dublin, it's really central with both grafton street and temple bar a mid walk away or a short bus away and the clubs are literally round the corner. Stephen is a fantastic host and the apartment was lovely. Portobello is also a great area, lovely eateries and a great bars/pubs. Would 100% recommend

This place was perfect for our weekend trip to Dublin. We were just a stones throw away from everything we wanted and everything was in walking distance or a short tram journey away. Loads of lovely restaurants and bars nearby and the apartment itself had everything we needed. Even a nice touch of having cereals and fresh juices. Stephen was a great host and met us promptly and told us everything we needed to know with a few recommendations. It was clean and spacious and had lovely touches of character.

The flat was easy to find, and just as beautiful as the photos demonstrate. There are plenty of shops, dining options, and bars nearby, and the bus to the airport is less than a 5-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Stephen is a great host and I would happily recommend staying here. The apartment has bags of character with great period features. The bed is wonderful and a total work of art, as in the incredible fireplace. Stephen had maps on hand for us and put milk and orange in the fridge for us to use. The location is excellent too. The centre of Dublin is an easy 30 mins dander, but the area itself is a treasure trove of great bars, eateries and coffee shops. The ideal base for a Dublin visit.
