The guesthouse is a free-standing building located in the back of the main house where I live, it has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bathroom, a living/work room, a fully equipped kitchenette (minus a dishwasher), Wifi, Cable TV, Apple TV, printer, washer/dryer, and an iron/ironing board.
The location is within a short distance of great offices, restaurants, ​and shops. It is definitely a perfect place to stay for business travelers!

The space
Although it is only 500 sqft, the guesthouse is bright and airy with windows in each room. The living room and the outdoor area are the perfect space to relax after a long day at work/meeting or sightseeing. You can enjoy the lounge chairs in the garden and listening to the soothing sound of the water fountain and wind chime while reading your favorite book or simply enjoying a glass of wine.
