Hey there, welcome to Villa Eleven Excelsior.
I’m Karlo, the owner of Excelsior Villas, and I personally selected this villa for our collection.
I stayed here for a few nights, mostly enjoying the sea, sunbathing in the rooftop jacuzzi and taking in those endless views.
One day it rained, and somehow that was just as incredible. I spent part of the day in the skyline gym and sauna overlooking it all. Honestly, I felt like a Hollywood star.
I hope you experience it the same way.
The space
Villa Eleven has been designed to make the most of its setting, with large glass surfaces, open-plan living spaces and uninterrupted views of the Adriatic.
The open-plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen flow naturally onto the outdoor spaces. Someone can be making breakfast, another person can be swimming, and someone else can disappear into the rooftop jacuzzi, all without really leaving the conversation.
There are five bedrooms and six bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Each bedroom has its own storage, safe, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades for those mornings when nobody is particularly interested in seeing the sunrise.
Outside, the infinity pool looks straight out towards the sea, with sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, barbecue equipment and an outdoor shower.
The private wellness area adds another layer to the villa, with a sauna, jacuzzi and gym. The gym itself has that skyline feeling I mentioned, floor-to-ceiling views over the Adriatic that make even a workout feel like part of the holiday.
There’s also a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi for anyone who absolutely has to answer that “quick” email, plus a sound system for when the evening calls for a carefully chosen playlist.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa during their stay, including all indoor and outdoor areas. This includes the private swimming pool, jacuzzi, outdoor dining areas, wellness floor with sauna and gym and private parking.
The villa is completely private, so you won’t be sharing any of these spaces with other guests.
