My apartment is close to restaurants and public transportation. You will love it for: The district, the lighting, the wonderful view overlooking Venice from the terrace. My property is suitable for couples, singles and business travelers.

The space
The house is on the island of the Giudecca, a very residential area, where many nice and friendly Venetians live.
The island is very sunny, has many places where one can eat well, enjoy an appetizer, and have a nice breakfast.
Next to the house there are necessity shops, such as pharmacy, post office, two banks and supermarkets.
The flat is on the third floor without an elevator, but the stairs are nice and very comfortable.
The view from the terrace is enchanting and surely you will not miss a single breakfast looking at the dawn or a happy hour staring at sunset.
