The cottage is situated in Cootehall less than 5 minutes drive to Lough Key and 10 minutes from Carrick-on-Shannon and Boyle.
The cottage has all mod cons - Sky Q, broadband, electric shower and modern stove with back boiler that heats both the radiators and the hot water supply (so it's super cosy!)
I will only be a short distance away at all times and I can be contacted for any assistance needed.

Great host. Refurbed beautifully. Really clean and comfortable with lots of nice touches. A pleasure to stay here and perfect location for some work we were doing in Cootehall and with Carrick On Shannon nearby.

This cottage is warm, very comfortable, spacious and yet cosy. It is in a quiet location not far from a large town. Couldn't have hoped for better.
