The South facing aspect with its attendant flooding of light gives a feeling of openess and relaxation about the house, maybe to do with the white painted walls and ceilings throughout ! and the meadowing behind the house and views in the distance of the Devils Bit Mountain

The space
Free WIFI also here at, Fairy Fort Farm, And the signal is good ! The 'Bungalow' which is like a family home is situated on a small farm at Summerhill, Borrisoleigh, with en-suite Double Private, private rooms, some with double bed and some with single beds. Also large 6 bed family room, upstairs. The Sitting Room is south facing with lots of natural light. The large bright kitchen is 'open plan' to the Sit.Room.
The WiFi This is free to guests, and the signal is good ! Free also is the access to the Visitor Farm !
Here you can visit our friendly animals, goats, pigs, chickens, ducks etc, at the farmyard. FREE to guests !
We speak English and Irish (Gaelic) and a little French and are also very interested in other languages and customs. We also love a singsong! There are local Pubs and Restaurants where you can enjoy a relaxing pint of guinness or listen to traditional music.
Make day trips to Rock of Cashel, Lough Derg, Holycross Abbey and many more Attractions.
There is a bus service in the local village and a train station in local towns.
Here at FairyFortFarm you will have an opportunity to savour a taste of the friendliness, and old world hospitality for which we are proud.
Here at FFF we regularly pay a courtesy call on the Fairies on the Fort, where we sing songs, play music, recite a poem or two,and hear stories of Fairies and Leprechauns. Visitors have been known to avail of the Midnight darkness to take photos, some with amazing results.
Guests will also have the opportunity of seeing the Celtic 'Stone Age' type hut which is situated on the ancient Rath or Fairy Fort. You may also see the 'Leaba an Leprechaun' or 'Tomb of the Unknown Leprechaun'.

I love the friendliness of the people and the Unrushed lifestyle of the Village people where everyone will greet locals and visitors alike. You can shop locally, and buy your fresh vegetables on Friday morning from Barbara and her husband Michael, or get your hair done etc it's a grand little village to stroll around !
