This is a location of outstanding beauty, a cottage with stunningly beautiful character and the "tent bed is just so comfy and at the same time a balm for your soul. I couldn't recommend this cottage high enough!

We had a very relaxing stay at Watt Cottage and had a lot of fun making pizzas! The location is really quiet, but also close to lots of interesting places. Thanks Sammy!

Lovely little cottage, quiet setting. Building works are ongoing next door and although there wasn't any significant noise during our stay you are only advised about the works upon your arrival. The work Should be complete by Christmas we were told via a notice in the property ho…

Response from Samantha:
Im sorry you felt like this Katie, you are our first complaint of the building work. Im surprised at this as you arrived on the Friday afternoon and left on the Sunday (during your whole stay there was no work going ahead). we keep the noise to a minimum!! Im sorry you felt unwelcome, I would very happily have met you to show you around if you'd have preferred, most people like the self check in service knowing that I am always available if needed. As for the dog mess it is a house rule that dogs mess is picked up and I will look into this further. As for the flies, unfortunately (for some) its been a hot summer which also means more flies! Not much I can do there. We find from our own experience with log burners that it runs better with a little bit of ash left in the bottom, this stops the wood burning too quickly. The cottage is cleaned throughly on every change over but I do always like to improve so will take your feedback into consideration. Please know this is my family business and it is very important to me. I love hosting, I do everything I can to keep my guests happy. Im very disappointed at your long review of complaints considering your very short stay.

A beautiful cottage in a lovely location. We loved staying in this cottage. We visited Lavenham, Southport, Aldeburgh, and many other places. The cottage itself is quaint and cosy. The ceilings and spaces are low but this adds to its quality. My daughter loved the cosy bedroom in…

Such a sweet little cottage and had all the charm we were looking for in our stay in England! Nice garden area to enjoy the great weather we had, and very cozy inside.

It is the most beautiful and cosy cottage situated in rural Suffolk. Perfect to exploring the surrounding area and the many old towns. We loved our stay here and the tent bed was ideal for our two children. We would definitely recommend a stay in this cottage.
