Luxury estate loft in Gracianna Winery's vineyard on Westside Road's Miracle Mile in Healdsburg includes equipped kitchen.

House truth: Vineyard machines may work overnight with lights & disruptive noises, especially during the summer and harvest is in late August early Sept. It can be disruptive to sleep (or not, some say it wasn't a bother).

The space
This is a fully serviced private 800 square foot loft with full bath and kitchen. Full kitchen with cooking utensils and full size refrigerator and stove.

You can walk to the edge of the Russian River in one minute and have coffee on the big deck at the back of the vineyard in the morning fog. (The deck does not overlook the river and there is no river access.) There are picnic tables that you can enjoy.

From your patio you will overlook the Mercedes Riverblock Estate Pinot Noir vineyard on the Miracle Mile of Westside Road.

More about the location:
At 6914 Westside Road, only seven miles southwest of downtown Healdsburg, Gracianna is one of the Russian River Valley's most intimate family-owned and operated wine estates. Gracianna is on what the locals call "The Miracle Mile" and is owned by the Amadors of Sonoma County.

Gracianna Winery is in the midst of natural beauty, family-designed estate buildings and gardens, a storied history, and a reputation for classic award-winning Russian River wines that reflect our craftsman approach.

Our unique terroir and ideal Russian River Valley micro-climate support our farming practices. The Amador's Mercedes Riverblock Estate Pinot Noir vineyard, the Mercedes Riverblock, is planted to the Pinot clone 115 from Dijon, France right on the banks of the Russian River.

Gracianna symbolizes everyday gratitude and graciousness in entertaining, because hosting a special meal with friends and family is an everlasting circle that fills our lives.

Gracianna Winery also offers a masterpiece vacation property property at Sea Ranch. It sleeps 8. Search for Gracianna Winery Lodge & Bunkhouse at Sea Ranch.
