Unfortunately, all hosts get that one in a million guest who is not satisfied. I'm surprised by your comments. When you called about the mouse, my husband and I were both out of town. I arrived at the cottage within an hour and easily disposed of the mouse and cleaned up under the sink where he had gotten in. You were not there, and you told me not to hurry. We treat the outside of the cottage for pests, but very occasionally (maybe once a year) a mouse gets in.
We take pride in our cottage, and future guests should read our many, many reviews that reflect our cleanliness.
