This fantastic 7th floor loft is walking distance to so many excellent bars, restaurants and venues in the Roosevelt District downtown. It's also close to Chase Field, The Footprint Center, Arizona Federal Theatre, and many special establishments surrounding them. It's great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Cozy and comfortable, fully furnished space with polished concrete floors, new couch, and an amazing balcony view.

Polished concrete floors, 55" 4k Roku tv, amped-up HVAC system, high speed wireless internet, washer/dryer and extra laundry room on third floor. Access to gym, conference room with pool table and elevated outdoor pool at the third floor. Friendly maintenance manager in lobby from 8am to 5pm weekdays.
