Enjoy a wonderful experience at this 2 bedroom (2 single / 1 double bed) centrally-located, newly fitted out apartment, in the centre of Ballyshannon - the oldest town in Ireland, birthplace of Rory Gallagher. Located on the Wild Atlantic Way. A short drive to miles of golden beaches and to surfing and water sports in Rossnowlagh, Mullaghmore and Bundoran. Close to beautiful hill walks in the surrounding picturesque area. A short drive from Donegal town.

The space
Brand new apartment with its own entrance. Apartment is on the second and third floors . In the centre of Ballyshannon within walking distance of all the cafes and pubs in town.
Bottom floor consists of kitchen living area with full kitchen. Kitchen fully fitted out with cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cafetière, and lots of cookware, utensils, crockery and cutlery. Toilet on this level also. Laundry room equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer, clothes horse, hoover, dustpan and brush, mop, ironing board and iron.
Second floor consists of two bedrooms. One double and one twin. Both rooms have wardrobes with hangers, drawers, bedside lockers and extra blankets, pillows, and mattress toppers if needed. Bathroom with electric shower. Electric heaters in every room. Stair gates fitted on both levels on request. Travel cot and high chair available on request. Children’s and adults books, jigsaws and games available.
