CassiaHouse is the perfect country home for those who want to enjoy the peace and tranquility of a house surrounded by greenery just a few minutes from the center of the "Eternal City".

In fact, thanks to the nearby bus stop and railway station, you can reach the Vatican in 30' and Spanish Steps in 45' !

After a full day dive, enchanted and often overwhelmed by the view of so many beautiful squares and monuments, it's nice to retreat in a quiet and luminous apartment, to enjoy the countryside and birds singing, relaxing on the balcony, sipping a drink or dining watching a lovely sunset.

This fully equipped (also with WiFi and Sat TV) apartment, is located in a residential area NW of Rome, in a stylish, modern building with 2 lifts, intercom, communal green spaces, concierge service and private garage in the basement (access and locking by remote control)

I always offer to my guests to buy in advance for them, the integrated transport tickets, so that they don't have to waste their time to fetch them.

Usually, I personally greet my guests even providing a "guided tour" outside the apartment, so that they will see (!) bus stops, railway station, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, grocery shop, petrol station etc.

In this way they will familiarize with the area and be immediately ready explore the town.

Whenever required (in case of uncertain or very late arrival) I am available for mailing in advance the apartment keys with the relevant instructions, so that the check-in can be made even without my presence.
