2BR/2BA condo, top floor, corner unit with two parking stalls. It's not a fancy unit, but comfortable and clean, always updated during the slower months whenever possible. Style is maybe contemporary Hawaiian.
Both bathrooms have shower/tub. Both bedrooms have a Queen bed & portable A/C units. Living room has a dining set, sofa & chaise lounge, and flat screen TV with Netflix, plus A/C.
There are ceiling fans throughout and standing fans too for those hot summer days/nights.
Full kitchen includes oven/stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, other appliances, cookware, dishes. There is also a W/D with detergent, dish soap & dishwashing tabs.
Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a cooler are provided. Sometimes there are boogie boards, floating rafts, etc left by previous guests that you're more than welcome to use but if they are broken I don't replace them. I DO NOT PROVIDE SNORKEL GEAR.
Condo has outdoor pool, hot tub & BBQ area plus free assigned parking for two cars.
This is not a luxury unit with expensive furniture, etc because at first we did have nice stuff in there but things broke, got damaged or went missing faster than we could afford to keep up with. So it is just simply furnished with a few nice pieces added in the last couple years because we could afford it and is maintained as best as we can with repairs, renovation & upgrades done to a certain budget that we have set every year. We try our best to make everyone happy & comfortable.
The owners are both pretty mellow, lived on Maui for more than 15 years but will be moving to Oahu in summer of 2018 , love the outdoors and have a cute lovable dog, plus a super friendly 5 year old boy & 10 month old baby girl.
Kaley Mello, our property manager & housekeeper is really awesome! She will be taking care of guests and the unit after we move but Lisa will always be just a phone call, text or email away if you need her for anything.
