If you're looking at this apartment listing and considering whether it's everything you need, don't hesitate, book it. All the pictures showcasing the apartment and the grounds are as exactly as represented. From the charm, cleanliness and "homeyness", this location has it all. And did I mention the outside garden areas? A nice size, secluded patio right outside your door, and the availability of the well tended gardens, lawn and stream behind the home that is also available for your use if you desire. And as they say in real estate, "location, location, location". It's within a short drive (1/2 hour or less, Broadway is only a 5 minute drive) to some of the most quaint villages the Cotswold's have to offer, but also close enough to Bristol and Bath if you choose to travel there (we went to Bath, an awesome experience and only about 1 hour 15 minutes from this home). And last, but certainly not least, are the hosts and owners, Elizabeth and Mike. They were there for any assistance we needed, and willing to offer suggestions for places to see, eat, etc. I had to call about 2 issues (small issues regarding the fireplace and shower that I couldn't figure out, but once Mike showed me how to operate them, there were no further issues). I never felt that I was inconveniencing them, in fact, just the opposite..they went out of their way to tell us to call them with any problem or questions. My wife and I have stayed in several Airbnb apartments, from Paris to Tuscany, Florence, and others, but this is our favorite, all things considered. Thanks again Elizabeth and Mike for sharing your home and local wisdom. It made our vacation so much more enjoyable than it might have been. (Did I say the Cotswold's are an amazing, beautiful place to visit?) PS. Just a tip. If you choose to stay here, the parking is "tight", mainly because the road is narrow, as is the case with many of the smaller villages in the Cotswold's. I found the easiest way to manage this was to park straight in, and when you leave, back into the driveway across the road, go down the dead end road towards the church (only about 150 yards away), and turn around in the church parking lot.

We had a great stay in this lovely cottage. Really well presented with everything you might need and a super comfy bed! We enjoyed the short walk to Broadway. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

If the Cotswolds are your destination, I couldn't think of a better place to stay. The studio has the charm of a lovely old building with all of the conveniences of a modern home. The studio is comfortable, quiet and private set in the lovely village of Childswickham which is a 5 minute drive from Broadway with lots of shops and restaurants and about a 30-40 minute drive from Stratford Upon Avon. The village is delightful to walk in and the local pub (a 10 minute walk) offers good fare. Hearing the bell ringers practice on Wednesday night was quite charming too. My advice would be to arrive while it is daylight - it can be a challenge to find in the dark! :-)

The studio is a perfect dwelling with all you can wish for. The interior is lovely with much eye for detail and contains everything you could wish for: atmosphere, equipment and a nice garden to sit in. Situated in a lovely village, ideally situated in the Cotswolds. And the host and hostess, Elizabeth and Mike are a great asset, they help when necessary and show a lot of attention and care for their guests.

This studio is located in a great spot and was very well presented. We were met by a very friendly Elizabeth at the front door and were quickly shown around the accommodation. It contained everything needed, it was clean and tidy, and we'll definitely be back if we're staying in the area again - thanks!
