We had a great stay in this lovely cottage. Really well presented with everything you might need and a super comfy bed! We enjoyed the short walk to Broadway. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

If the Cotswolds are your destination, I couldn't think of a better place to stay. The studio has the charm of a lovely old building with all of the conveniences of a modern home. The studio is comfortable, quiet and private set in the lovely village of Childswickham which is a 5 minute drive from Broadway with lots of shops and restaurants and about a 30-40 minute drive from Stratford Upon Avon. The village is delightful to walk in and the local pub (a 10 minute walk) offers good fare. Hearing the bell ringers practice on Wednesday night was quite charming too. My advice would be to arrive while it is daylight - it can be a challenge to find in the dark! :-)

The studio is a perfect dwelling with all you can wish for. The interior is lovely with much eye for detail and contains everything you could wish for: atmosphere, equipment and a nice garden to sit in. Situated in a lovely village, ideally situated in the Cotswolds. And the host and hostess, Elizabeth and Mike are a great asset, they help when necessary and show a lot of attention and care for their guests.

This studio is located in a great spot and was very well presented. We were met by a very friendly Elizabeth at the front door and were quickly shown around the accommodation. It contained everything needed, it was clean and tidy, and we'll definitely be back if we're staying in the area again - thanks!

The studio apartment looked beautiful from the photos and was even better in reality. We were greeted by Mike on arrival who was very friendly and gave us some great suggestions for walks and places to eat in the local area. The location is perfect for exploring the Cotswolds. The local pub in Childswickham does good food and Broadway is a lovely village. Perfect for a sort break. We will definitely return.

Everything was perfect for our weekend stay, the studio was everything we hoped for, modern on the inside with a nice romantic touch to the bedroom area and traditional cotswold stone cottage aspect on the outside with a lovely quiet enclosed and private patio area for sipping a nice glass of wine in the sun - 10 out of 10 for everything

Elizabeth User ProfileElizabeth is a superhost.

We have lived at the Old Mill in the Cotswolds for over 30 years. We love living here and can introduce you to many walks and National Trust properties in the area, as well as places of interest and restaurants and cafes. Elizabeth volunteers in the local community and has worked as a therapist, she also speaks some French and is learning Italian. Mike enjoys carpentry, boatbuilding, baking & gardening. We both enjoy travelling, spending time outdoors, walking and visiting Cotswold villages. You can be assured of a warm welcome.
