Excellent location, walking distance to town and right on top of the mountain. Kay's cabin is a lovely and cozy place to stay while in Cloudcroft. Kay responds to any concerns within minutes, which is always nice. 5 stars all around!!

We loved our stay at the Tea Cozy Cabin! It was very comfortable for the 2 of us and suited our needs. No TV or Wi-Fi but “un-plugging” was our goal so this was fine. The cabin is in close proximity to other homes in the neighborhood but it was overall very quiet. The neighbors we did see were very nice. The location is great. Kay was a great host and responded promptly to our questions as we prepared for the trip. Will be back!

It's a little hard to get there after dark do make sure you leave with time to be there before the sun is down. It's a very cute and cozy cabin, perfect for the small family and a quick getaway.

What a perfect mountain getaway for my wife, two kids (3 and 1 year old), and I! Incredible view, value, and memories made here. Cozy cabin with Nice little front porch to enjoy the cool mountain air, view local wildlife, and there's a bit of foliage to provide a bit of privacy from the close knit community of nearby neighbors on the Mountaintop. Very functional furnishings and use of space with most of what your home kitchen would typically have. The surrounding area had a great offering of activities including parks for the kids, delicious food at places like Mad Jacks Mountaintop BBQ and Big Daddys, great hiking and history sightseeing at the Train Depot, and scenic drives to places like Bluff Springs and the National solar Observatory in nearby Sunspot (might run into a cattle jam or two ;) So many positives about Tea Cozy Cabin could be gathered to form a short novel... In summary, leaving our "home" that was Tea Cozy for our trip was bittersweet - because we were resistant to leave this place but know we will return as long as the Allen Family continues to offer this on Airbnb! We are planning on staying here for some days this ski season! Kay was also very responsive to my several questions and informative beyond my specific questions as well. Tea Cozy is highly recommended by our family!

Over all, we enjoyed our stay. The bathroom was great...nice hot shower! The cabin does sleep four. The futon can get a bit hard, but it worked for us. Can't speak for the mattress in the list as we did not use it. The kitchen area was very handy. This is a great place for someone looking for a place to sleep and a home base for a site seeing trip. So it worked out great for us.

Very quaint and sweet place. Highly recommend staying there. But it takes a good nap to navigate the tiny roads!

Beautiful area, close neighbors, but unique wilderness mountaintop location in the midst of pines and wildlife. Would stay again. Kay was a very responsive and pleasant host.
