My property is close to Taroko Club mouth of 150 meters, Metro (Taroko) train station 3.8 km. Because we are located outside the Taroko National Park and can listen to the wonderful sounds of nature, or visit the Taroko National Park. Park bus stop on the right side of our gate, near the restaurant and 24 hours over the business, you will love my home. My home is suitable for couples, lonely adventurers, business travelers, family (with children), large groups, furry friends (pets).

Comfortable room, great stay! I only stayed one night but it’s a nice, simple and clean place. As others have said, the shower was really nice. Here’s a list of things they provide: towels, hair dryer, shampoo, soap (and thankfully a washcloth, if you forgot your loofa like I did), toothbrushes with cute little toothpastes, two water bottles, tea, decent free wifi, cable TV, ac/dehumidifier, a closet with hangers, extra pillows, and slippers. The room also has two chairs and a table. There’s plenty of outlets. Free breakfast 7-9, very good mantou (bread), everything else is served 2-8PM, at decent prices. They’re within walking distance of a 7-11 (if you need access to an ATM, quick treat or forgot to bring something), some restaurants, and the parks entrance (I think it’s a 12 min walk to the Taroko Tourist Information Center). What I liked the most is that if you ask, they will make transportation arrangements for you! I really appreciate how helpful they were! You can rent a taxi driver to pick you up at their hotel and it’s about $10 USD/hr. Peter was an awesome trail guide and driver!
The location is definitely the best feature of this place: it's really very close to the entrance of the Taroko gorges. The room was spacious and clean, the check in very easy. Breakfast is provided, with a nice view of the gorges. I had a little problem with the toilets but it was fixed extremely quickly after I mentioned it at the reception: very nice! They were nice enough to keep my luggage for a few hours after I checked out.
This place is almost exactly like the pictures. It is pretty basic but has a lot to offer. The location is amazing and the staff were very helpful, however we didn't think it was as clean as it could have been. The toilet smelled and in the mornings we woke up with a really strong smell of cooking and kitchen sounds. Our host wasn't actually present when we were there either.
As close as you can get to the Taroko gorge! If you want the pole position in the morning, this is the place to go. Spacious rooms with huge beds. . Finding good and affordable food in the vicinity is difficult though.
Thank you so much for everything! Johnny and family were so friendly and helpful. Our Chinese language skills are non existant, however Johnny's English was great. Really helpful, chatty, nice man. The food was tastey and very reasonable. Accommodation was perfect, clean, air-conditioning works very well.we shower pressure was immense! Practically jet washed us! Lovely view of sunrise comming over where the river meets the mountain. Bus stop just outside the hotel, very small local restaurants around too. Over all really pleased we stayed here. Highly recommend :) Thank you Johnny and family.
