We loved our stay at Edenel and for those who don’t want to read more than one sentence, you really only need to know four things: Edenel was quiet and private; exceptionally clean; well appointed and modern; and the host Nick was a joy to deal with.
For those that want more detail: the modern, well-appointed one bedroom apartment is in a quiet cul-de-sac in West Pennant Hills. My husband and I stayed here for a few weeks while we were relocating to Sydney. The apartment is on a large back section with beautiful gardens and separated from the main house. It is quiet, and peaceful and private.
Your host Nick is friendly, and readily available if you need him. He has 3 polite boys and a lovely dog who we nearly kidnapped.
Nick welcomed us with a beautiful gift basket and a generous wine and cheese platter. The place was warm and inviting from the very start! Nick has supplied the apartment with a lot of extras - kitchen and bathroom cleaners, soap, laundry liquids etc plus a generous basket of incidentals (toothpaste, razor, toothbrush etc) in case you’ve forgotten to pack something!
The apartment is spacious and exceptionally clean. There is a queen sized bed with luxury linens in the bedroom, with an impressive wardrobe and shelving space running along one whole wall - plenty of space. The bathroom includes luxury towels, heated towel rail and a modern double shower head. The separate laundry has a great dryer and separate front load washer, along with plenty of storage space. The open plan kitchen/lounge area works really well and includes a couch that folds down to an extra bed should you need it. There is a flat screen tv with access to Apple TV. The kitchen is a full one with every convenience you would expect to find including a coffee machine which Nick supplies with a full range of coffee pods.
Ednenel is in a great location with Castle Hill shopping centre a short drive away; and two supermarkets within walking distance. There is a bus stop within short walking distance and if you get yourself a (free) Opal card and load it with money (you can get them from supermarkets and news agencies) you will be set to travel on Sydney’s impressive public transport system. If you have a car, there is plenty of easy parking in Nick’s cul-de-sac.
Thanks Nick for an easy, enjoyable stay.
