Please refer to Guest Access section for driving instructions. Please be aware that the last couple of blocks is a dirt road so having a sense for adventure is a benefit. It is fairly flat, however it is not paved and not lit in the night, so caution is needed when driving, especially after dark. If you are not comfortable to drive on dirt road at all or drive an extremely low car then please consider different location.

The retreat is nestled on a 5 acre hill vista surrounded by Windmills and offers Desert, Mountains, Joshua Tree National Park, and Coachella valley views from virtually every window. In addition to a large kitchen with both indoor and outdoor dining areas, the Dome House has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and an office, sleeping comfortably up to 6 quests in three queen sized beds. Enjoy the views overlooking the Coachella Valley and City lights of Palm Springs.

Awake to the sunrise over the Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella Valley and take in the sunset from the dome living room with panoramic views capturing the San Jacinto mountain range. In the evening enjoy the view of Palm Springs city lights and the flickering of windmills while observing a sky full of stars through the dome loft skylights.

The Dome Living Room features a soaring 26-foot ceiling. The Loft Bedroom is truly unique. You will be surrounded by the triangular facets of Buckminster Fuller’s ingenious geodesic invention into which we have incorporated intriguing skylights.

The Master Bedroom on the ground floor offers amazing views of the Joshua Tree National Park Mountains and desert landscape. It also offers a large seating area for private reading and contemplating.

The Second Bedroom, also on the ground floor, offers complete privacy with a focused view of Mount San Jacinto.
The Office area adjacent to the landscaped atrium lets you enjoy endless views of the Desert Valley.

Being here really calms you down and stimulates your creativity. It is also a great place for getting together with your friends and family. The views of the mountains, the desert and the windmills from our Dome House are pretty amazing. I am in awe every time we spend time here, it is just the best place ever.
