Previous guests confirm that The Snug Garden Apartment is a perfect couples getaway in a wonderful coastal location. The apartment has every comfort with great choice of activities . There are good pub/restaurant choices less than 10mins drive to either Killybegs or Donegal Town with friendly pubs in Dunkineely village within short walking distance.
The space
Ever popular 1-bed apartment with the invaluable benefit of wonderful sea and mountain views as well as opening onto a lovely patio area and large safe enclosed garden ( ideal for pets ).
Lovely bright spacious living room cum kitchen has everything you could need and lots of extras. An added bonus is the solid fuel stove – with a good solid fuel fire this also heats the water and radiators and offers a very cosy accommodation for all weathers (electric radiators also, see note re extra charges in other details).
En-suite bedroom with King Size Bed. At rear of house so very quiet.
Has all that you would expect in a holiday let with plenty of extras provided for your comfort – everything to the highest standards.
Wonderful sea and mountain views from the patio area.
Ample towel supplies and bedlinen included.
Ideal for Couples or Singles looking for a getaway.
Pets are welcome

Since this is self-catering you have exclusive use of the Garden Apartment and its walled garden. There is ample off-street parking.
We provide you with a keysafe code so that you can arrive at any time on arrival date
Other things to note
Washing Machine, Dryer and Large Bins are in Garage and are shared with the occupants of the separate upstairs apartment.
Heating is from
1. a good fire in the stove also heats the radiators.
2. electric radiators
Please note that Electricity is Metered. We top up the meter with €10 per day for to cover normal usage. If that runs out you need to add €1 or€2 coins to the meter which is in the bedroom.
Regretably we have to do to try and keep our soaring costs down this because guests regularly go out for the day and leave electric radiators on.
Guests also sometimes leave without turning off the radiators.

We have been providing Pet Friendly Self-Catering Accommodation at Aughris in Sligo since 2006 and in Dunkineely South Donegal since 2011 so we think we know what guests want!
Our first property the ever popular Beach House at Aughris was purpose built. The others were rennovations. None will disappoint!
