Heritage listed, the historic home features a front private entry, renovated bathroom, large living room with Apple TV, separate kitchen and quiet bedroom located at the back of the building. All spaces are private with nothing to share and plenty of space to relax.

The space
Entry to the apartment is via the private front door of the townhouse featuring a staircase leading up to a separate bedroom, adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower, living room and kitchen. The spaces are light, private and character filled with heritage features such as Tasmanian Oak floorboards, high ceilings, a blackwood staircase and a fireplace (not working) in most rooms. Heaters in every room to keep you warm in winter.

I moved to Launceston over 8 years ago from New South Wales. When I told people about the the move to Tassie most of the questions would be along the lines of "have you got family there", "are you moving for work" etc. The only reason though was that my partner and I just fell in love with it! We love old buildings, good food and wine and beautiful scenery - all things Tasmania has in abundance. We're now lucky to own two historic properties in this wonderful state and I love being able to share one of them with guests.
