Suitable for a single person, basement studio in Victorian semi-detached house located in a very desirable area of Abergavenny and retaining all its original features. The house is conveniently located within a short walking distance to Abergavenny Town Centre. The Bus Station is within a stone's throw and the walk to the Railway Station takes just 5 minutes. The River Gavenny morning stroll is on the doorstep and the Castle Meadows Walks along the River Usk are just a short 5 minute walk.

The space

The Studio was created from the original basement of Ryvington House and has been refurbished to provide living/dining area with comfortable sofa bed and a kitchenette. The original arched brick tunnel, leading to the stone staircase up the ground floor, has been converted to a wet room.

The kitchenette has a microwave along with mini oven, 2 plate electrical hob, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, crockery and glassware. Pantry items include Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Milk, Cereals, Bread, Butter, Jams, Bottled Water and Condiments There is gas fired central heating, Freesat Television and free Wi-Fi

John was very helpful and accommodating when it came to my work schedule. Basement studio apartment was suitable for 1 person and heating was a halogen lamp heater - this was more than sufficient.
