Lisa and Billy, married for 29 years, recently retired Engineers. We live in a 100+ year old house in Old Louisville, the largest historic neighborhood in the US. We love the country and nature so we bought the "little house" as we call it, when our son was 8 years old in 1999. We have spent many weekends there, and it is so peaceful and a nice change from city life. Lisa likes to cook and Billy is her #1 helper. We enjoy wine and dancing. We also love the arts, especially theater and have a preference for ethnic food. We have 4 dogs: 2 Australian Shepherds, a Pug Mix, a mix and a cat...a lot to handle.
We use to be avid runners but after many injuries, that has been difficult to continue, so we love hiking in the woods. We are not quite in the retirement mode as we are currently catching up with chores and repairs that have been neglected the last few years. We plan on having more fun in the future. For now we live pretty simply and try and make the best of what we have..."Want Not".
