Very calm surrounding. Only few distant houses.
Sykamia one of the best sandy beaches of the island is nearby.
But also private access to a charming creek down the property.
Only 25 minutes by car from the main village Ioulis.
180° sea view. Very close to the sea. Overlooking a superb bay.
Near a beautiful sandy beach, 5 minutes by car.
Wild nature. Overhanging situation.
Kea island offers many hilly beautiful landscapes. Classical cycladic landscapes but also almond trees and green oaks forests. Terrace cultivation.
Numerous pedestrian paths on the island.
Some very interesting archeological sites to visit. Kea's Lion, from the archaic period, and the archeological museum in Ioulis (one of the most beautiful and original village of the cyclades). The ruins of the temples of Karthea, in an amazing isolate and wild area, overlooking a nice sandy beach.
In the night you will enjoy the club and restaurants of Korissia and the Vourkari's Marina.
Kea is a beautiful and quite unknown island, unspoiled by the mass tourism and not overcrowded. It is the nearest cycladic island from Athens.
The first restaurant and the first mini market are about 15 minutes drive from the house.
The village of Ioulis with its restaurants, shops and a supermarket nearby is about 25 minutes.
40 minutes from the house the small town of Korissia with its port offers many shops and restaurants. Good butchers, fishmongers, good bakeries, pastry shops, and supermarkets.
Vourkari’s marina also offers good restaurants, about 45 minutes from the house.
