75 m2 villa, sea view and 3 km from the beach, 2 bedrooms (one with a 160 bed and the other with a 140 bed), 1 large kitchen living room, bathroom, toilet, 1 large terrace with kitchen and outdoor shower, and a plot of 3000 m2.

Nestled at the bottom of the Gulf of Sagone, 30 minutes north of Ajaccio, Calcatoggio is an ideal base to discover the west coast, the golf courses of Sagone and Porto and the Calanches of Piana while staying in contact with the Ajaccian hinterland, Corte (1h45), Propriano (1h45) and Bonifacio for the bravest (2h30).

The environment :
The house is located halfway between the village of Calcatoggio and the beach. Despite the immediate proximity to the sea, the house is located in the countryside. No other dwellings will disturb your tranquility. You enjoy all the advantages of the coastline (beaches, shops, activities,etc.) while returning to your haven of peace when you wish.
The grounds have an area of 3000 sqm, and a small rental is against our house. The terraces " turn their backs ", avoiding any overlook and thus preserving each other's privacy.
The road passing over the house is sometimes audible, never inconvenient. Many of the former tenants welcomed the calm of the place.

A car is required.

The terrace is at your disposal, as well as the grounds. You can easily park your car at the property.
Water is free. A package for electricity of 8 kwh/day is included in the price. On the other hand, the price is 0.15 euros per additional kwh (on an electric statement on the day of arrival and the day of departure). Cleaning is not included. It is offered as an option for a price of 55 euros. If you do not wish to take this option and clean it yourself, we ask that you return the house in the same condition as you found it, i.e. clean (appliances, floors, sanitary facilities, etc...).
