Welcome to our classic, elegant home in the heart of the Highland neighborhood of St. Paul. Close to St. Thomas University and Grand Avenue, you'll have access to all the activities in the neighborhood and the Twin Cities!

The space
This classic home was built in 1928 and has been maintained, curated and designed by Novella House Design.

This is a charming, older home with character. With that character comes a few quirks :) We ask for your patience while the water heats up and the water pressure in the showers.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire home during your stay. The garage is not accessible at this time. There is plenty of room to park in the driveway or on the street out front.

A keypad is located on the side door for a simple keyless entry. All other doors will be locked and should not be used during your stay. The entry code will be provided to you the day before your arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

Other things to note
In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the home is equipped with three exterior cameras.

Please respect our neighbors, community and keep noise to a minimum. If we receive a noise complaint during the booking period, it will result in immediate cancellation of the booking, evacuation of the property and no refund will be given.
