This poolside villa is nestled in the corner of a classic Thai compound house with a clean and quiet atmosphere surrounded by a lush tropical garden.

It is a rare oasis of tranquility located in a safe area of an inner Bangkok suburb, about 30 minutes from Suvarnabhumi airport and less than 30 minutes from the city centre.

It is a two-storey house with a bedroom upstairs (with en-suite bathroom) and an open kitchenette/dining area downstairs by the pool.

The space
This poolside guesthouse is part of a compound of an exquisite classic Thai house; located in one of the oldest and most desirable residential projects in Bangkok.

The house was built with a traditional craftsmanship with (now rare) hard wood. It was designed to take advantage of the breeze, making the house cool and comfortable.

It is located in a gated community, with manned security in an inner Bangkok suburb. The whole area is very tranquil, natural and clean. Noise mainly comes from the birds and frogs -- a hideaway place from the busy streets.
There are local shops, a restaurant, gym, and park inside the community within easy walking distance.

The villa is a two-storey guest-house with a bedroom upstairs (with king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom) and features an open-air kitchenette/dining, WC, and open shower downstairs by the pool.
There is also an open attic space with one or possible two floor beds for extra guests after two.

The pool is treated with a water-ionisation system, so it is free of chlorine and is available for use all day and night.

It will be a nice experience in living in this unique Thai house in Bangkok.

We are situated in a quiet gated community with 24-hour manned security.

Inside the community, you can find a restaurant ("The Diner") in the local clubhouse. You can also use the other local facilities: gym, tennis and badminton court, etc. for a reasonable price.
Enroute to the clubhouse about 200 metres away, you can find shops, where you can buy food, drink, and vegetables along with other basic necessities.
There is also a public park about 200 metres away, where you can jog and play basketball.

Just outside the community within easy walking distance, there are 7-11 convenience stores, and some local restaurants serving chicken-rice, noodles, and other Thai food.
There is also a chemist, beauty salon and other various shops in the area.

You can find a Tesco Express, along with more upmarket restaurants including Aroy-tid-lom, Papa's Kitchen, Tenderloins, Londoner Brew-Pub, within 2 kilometres.

There are large hypermarkets (Tesco, Big C) about 10 minutes drive from here.
