The tree lined avenue is well away from the noise and bustle of central Brighton but close enough if you want to walk the 1.5 miles into town. There are frequent buses in Ditching Road and London Road rail station just a few minutes’ walk away. The house has recently undergone complete refurbishment with new kitchen and bathrooms and newly decorated living space. to make your stay comfortable. We both work full time but enjoy nothing more than chilling out at the end of the day with a glass of wine or a beer and welcome our guests to join us, should they wish. Guests have full access to our small garden, the kitchen with all its facilities and of course, the sitting room.
