Celebrating a special occasion? Enjoy a vacation in our super-clean, updated privately owned vacation suite centrally located in the resort town of Gimli. Recently professionally painted, new silestone countertop, granite sink and new faucet. Just one hour north of Winnipeg, situated a few short steps to the lake/boardwalk. Please note our minimum stay is 3 nights.

The space
- Newer pillow top king size bed in large bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
- Newer top-of-the-line pull-out sofabed in the living room.
- Newer high end hardwood laminate flooring & recently painted walls.
- Newer high end appliances including full size fridge/freezer, double-oven, window dishwasher, garburator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, kettle etc. in a fully equipped kitchen.
- Lots of mugs, glasses, cutlery, plates, pots & pans.
- Two flat screen tv's, two DVDs & free wifi.
- Main bathroom has a jetted tub & large vanity.
- Newer cyclone flush, soft close Toto toilets in both bathrooms.
- Hotel type amenities - soap, shampoo, conditioner & hairdryer.
- Large side beachview balcony, with a new wicker patio sofa also patio table & chairs (for use in warm weather only).
- Easy check-in with adjoining hotel's front desk.
- Free onsite parking in hotel's parking lot.

3 night minimum stay requirements.

**Absolutely no pets (firm), no parties & no smoking.

Guest access
Guests have access to all the amenities of the hotel resort...indoor pool, complimentary pool side towels, new fitness room, beachfront restaurant/lounge bar patios, Robins coffee shop attached to hotel. Some facilities & services may or may not be available due to Covid 19 precautions.

Other things to note
COVID-19 Update: As you can imagine, we have many apprehensions. Our primary concern is the well-being of our guests and our employees. We have implemented strict disinfecting/cleaning procedures for our condos & will have a guest-free suite for 72 hours between bookings. Some of our cleaning procedures are as follows:

-Sweep and steam clean all floors
-Sanitize all surfaces (light switches, remotes, doorknobs, tables, night stands, taps and appliances) Change all bedding and towels each time we clean.
-Wipe down outdoor furniture with disinfectant.
-Vacuum
-Wipe down all garbage cans with disinfectant
-Normal cleaning for tubs, showers, toilets and sinks with disinfectant

Once you check-in, our housekeeper will not enter your suite. During these unpredictable, changing times some facilities & services may or may not be available.

No pets (very firm, family member has severe allergies), no parties & no extra guests allowed overnight without prior consent. Primary renter staying must be 25 years of age or older. Please treat our condo with the same care and respect as you would your own. Guests 'must' be respectful to other guests in the hotel keeping noise in the suite, balcony and hallways to a minimum. In the unlikely event of a malfunction or safety issue to any of the utilities/facilities in our condo &/or balcony area, maintenance staff from the adjoining hotel or our personal maintenance staff will be required to have access to the suite.

We have smooth painted ceilings & recently professional freshly painted walls in neutral colours.

We have extra plug outlets on lamps, multiple wall plugs and new bedside alarm clock.
We do not have cheap toilet paper, lol.
We have top of the line toto cyclone flush toilets with soft close lids.
We do not have dollar store cutlery also have lots of mugs, drinking glasses, wine glasses, dishes, pots, pans & other cooking utensils.
We do not have loud bathroom fans.
We have top of the line appliances.
We have lots of light - ceiling lights and wall sconces with energy saving led lighting.
We supply many condiments & dishwasher pods.
We have shops, restaurants & bars all within easy walking distance.

Our condo is on the 3rd floor in the newer section of the resort. It's a few short steps away from the awesome beach & four of Tripadvisor's best restaurants in Gimli. Many eclectic shops, the famous pier, boardwalk, grocery store, ATM, Credit Union & post office are a very short walk away as well.

We purchased our Gimli Beach Condos in 2015 & 2016. Viewed a few & decided on GBC #1 in 2015 as it was the brightest, spacious, most open floor plan with a huge balcony overlooking the town and the lake. It was a perfect place to vacation for us and others as it has a lovely large kitchen, two bathrooms and lots of room to entertain family & friends. We then purchased GBC #2 next door in 2016 as it had many of the same features except a little smaller. We’ve spent many joyous weeks in our condos continuously upgrading. The condos still have a hotel feel however you’ll notice most of the furnishings & appliances have been upgraded to a superior level for a luxurious trouble-free stay. Love to have appreciative guests returning year after year. I previously trained & worked in hotel management in Scotland, Ireland, Alberta & Ontario & my husband Gary is a project manager. We’re constantly discussing our next condo upgrade to make yours & ours the best vacation possible. Enjoy!!
