My classic Victorian house is perfectly located in SoMa! A central neighborhood where the MOSCONE center, Downtown, Civic Center BART, Breweries, Coffee Roasters, Nightclubs & delicious Restaurants are just 5 - 15mins walking distance, making it the perfect place for either business or adventure travelers!
The house was recently remodeled, and it has plenty of natural light. This is a calm and quiet place where you can enjoy my daily aromatherapy, which is great for relaxation.

The space
YOUR ROOM:
• This beautiful room has a Queen-size bed, soft cotton bedsheets, a desk, a comfortable reading chair, a closet with hangers and a small dresser, carpet, a heater, a full-body mirror behind the door, and a Homedics sounds canceling machine.
It has been carefully decorated to offer you space for you to relax and enjoy the sun thanks to its classic bay window, with plenty of natural light throughout the day.

• If you arrive before 4 PM, No problem, you may use the garage to drop your belongings off any time after 4 PM check-in. And if you want to leave your luggage after 10 AM check-out, also feel free to leave it in the garage for as long as you need as well :)

• SELF CHECK-IN after 4 pm is absolutely available. You don't need to wait for me to get inside the house.
** Go to Airbnb WEBSITE to find the DOORS CODES. You can also find them on the app under check-in instructions closer to your arrival day (no cell data needed).**
Please make yourself comfortable and at home. I'll happily give you a house tour if you want once I see you.

• Once you are inside the house, look for the door that has your name on it :)

• If you are a light sleeper, I recommend you to bring ear-plugs. The house is old, so the insulation isn't the best.

• Also, even though the house was recently remodeled, there are a few original parts that were kept, such as the doorknobs. This means that the doors only lock from the inside. And even though there will be 3 other guests staying at the house, they will all be highly verified and evaluated by AirBnB registration policies. I have never had any issues with security.

• There are 2 WiFi ports so that you will have access throughout the house!

Where you’ll be

San Francisco, California, United States

• SoMa's multifaceted character brings together all sorts of people. Tech-savvy entrepreneurs rub elbows with well-read bohemian types, and museum curators share the sidewalks with ill-groomed individuals.

• Most of the action can be found at MOSCONE CENTER, SF MOMA, and Yerba Buena Gardens, Giants ballpark. SoMa, as it's known, sounds a little like a SoHo wannabe, and it does have a strong downtown vibe. Restaurants, Hip bars, clubs, and specialty coffee cafes are all around.

• There is something I will like to bring up before any surprises. San Francisco is sadly recognized for a large amount of homeless on the streets. And even though 95% of them are harmless, it is important to consider and acknowledge that this is a major problem all over the city. If you want to get more information regarding this issue, there's a lot of material on the Internet that you can read about. And if I can give you a bit of advice about this matter, it would be to avoid the tenderloin, 5th, 6th, and market streets at late hours (even though during the 4 years I've been living in the city nothing bad has ever happened to me BUT, it's good to let you know so you don't feel insecure while walking around).
The only thing I can promise you is that I'll try my best to keep the house clean and quiet so you can relax, rest and enjoy it.

I was born in Panama, Central America, and raised in Chile, South America! I'm a nature and animal lover who absolutely enjoys traveling and exploring this amazing world full of cultures and mind-blowing landscapes :D While I was living in Chile, I went to Veterinary Medicine school, where I graduated as a Dr. for Large, Wild, and Endangered animals. If you were wondering, yes... I don’t eat meat : ) When I moved to SF, my life had a big turn, and I started a new path where I got trained as a Birth and Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator, Midwife Assistant, Pre & Post Natal Yoga Instructor, Reiki I, II & III Practitioner, Certified Massage Therapist with the main focus on women’s health, Certified Pre & Post Natal Yoga Teacher and currently going to school for Homebirth midwifery <3. In my free time... I love doing yoga, go to the beach, and park on sunny days with my dog, Sequoia. I enjoy going out for long hikes and explore. Drink tea with good company or just by myself with a book in hand. And! when I'm feeling like being silly... I love to wear sparkly and furry outfits and go dancing with friends.
