Newly built house, completed in January 2024. Bright, airy and fresh with fantastic sea views and all the comforts of a new-build.

The property is a purpose built self contained annex to another property. It has it's own private entrance to the side and it's own patio area with outdoor table and chairs. The other property may be vacant or occupied by the owner during your stay.

As a new build, the property has all modern comforts including underfloor heating, triple glazed windows, and remote control blinds. It also has an excellent 5G wifi connection, perfect for those who wish to work remotely.

You have direct access to a private, secluded beach which is shared by the few houses along the shoreline. There is no public access to this beach and it is a haven of peace and tranquility and perfect for a quick morning dip!

A double kayak and two single kayaks are available to use, it is a short distance across to Inishfree island so it's ideal to kayak over and explore.

A 25 minute walk will bring you to Maghery strand, the Strand Bar and Bar-ista (serving coffee, ice cream and snacks) and Maghery community centre.
