Wonderful walks & bird watching. Historic railway village Melton Constable 2 miles and Briston 3 miles for nearest shops. Thursford Steam Museum 4 miles. Holt 6 miles. Pensthorpe Nature Reserve 7 miles. Fakenham 7 miles. Coast (Morston) 8 miles (seal boat trips from Morston & Blakeney); NWT Cley-next-the-Sea Visitor Centre a must!

My 8 year old daughter and I made some wonderful memories whilst staying here with our dogs - wood walk, reading stories by the fire, making toast on the Rayburn and walking the dogs in our onesies after dark! We also went to the coast - flying kites at the beach and seal trips. …

Great place in a quiet location. Accommodating host. House was clean and cozy. I envy the visitors in a few weeks time who will be able to see the blue bells in full bloom. Great for walks, seeing wildlife and exploring the coastline (25 mins drive to wells)
