This stunning period conversation of a Victorian school is just a 2 minute walk from the coastal path. It’s architectural features such as curved floor to ceiling beams have been retained yet the interior is modern. It offers space, luxury and heritage.

The space
There are 3 floors to this property. There is a spacious open plan living area on the ground floor and cloakroom.
French doors lead to an enclosed, small lawned garden with outdoor furniture, a safe environment for children and pets.
On the first floor, there are 2 stylish bedrooms, one with a double bed and an ensuite shower room, and another with two single beds. The second bathroom is on this floor.
The third bedroom is on the second floor with a king size bed and benefits from far reaching views of Brading Down.
The house is well placed for public transport with bus stops 2 minutes walk from the house.

We welcome 2 small dogs
A discount on the ferry to the Isle of Wight is available when booking 8 Old School Mews.
Towels are provided.
There is a hairdryer in each bedroom.
We provide fans in the summer.
There is a DVD player if guests wish to bring DVDs and a portable Bluetooth speaker for music
We provide a travel cot but we ask guests to provide their own cot bedding.
We have an EV charging point for exclusive use of our guests. There is a charge of £50 for use of this for each stay.
