Delightful, sunny two bedrm unit. Ocean views. Pool, 1/2 tennis court & BBQ. New beds, lounge & tasteful furnishings. Fresh, cheap local oysters sold next door. Village shops & eateries on doorstep plus beach & clubs. Adjacent unit on Airbnb too.

The space

Top floor 2 bedroom unit with lovely rather panoramic outlook and ceiling to floor glass doors in living and master bedroom with access to balcony. Light and airy and catches great winter sun and summer sea breezes. Queen bed in master plus 2 singles in second bedroom with these beds being hotel quality and new. Builtins in each with lots of hanging. Open plan living with all you would expect of a fully furnished unit and fully equipped kitchen. TV, DVD plus reverse cycle air conditioner for heating and cooling. Bathroom has shower, loo, vanity with the laundry having washer and dryer. Great view of the Corrigans reserve and beach for fireworks etc. One guest said this is great no need to cook because there are so many cafes, take aways and restaurants in walk but also butchers, fisho, F&V, IGA, chemist and even gift shops. Markets every sunday in adjoining park. Everything you need for a great time. The complex has a half tennis court and pool as well as BBQ area and grassed playground with a small swingset. All of the unit will be yours during the stay as well as the common facilities of the complex like the pool, bbq, parking and playground.

We have a local manager/cleaner Kathy who has over 10 years of experience with our property plus we are available by mobile, text or email.

Other things to note

There are another 5 units in the complex available available for holiday rent so we can accommodate quiet groups. These are, or will be listed on Airbnb. Unit 12 is directly adjacent and is also on Airbnb, so is ideal if you have 2 parties travelling together and you want a bit of privacy as well. Our complex has some permanent residents, mostly retireees so we appreciate consideration of their privacy and quiet.

Spacious and clean, with cafe / supermarket / bottle shop / park / coast all within 2 mins walk. The place was very well situated for exploring beaches north and south, and had all the household amenities you could need. Thanks Elaine

We enjoyed out stay very much. The unit was clean and sunny and had all the amenities we required. We were situated right behind the shops and walking distance to the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool and the tennis court.

We loved staying at your appartment. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. Attention to fine details really surprised me such as providing different glasses for different drinks just felt like home.. We would love to comeback any time. Keep up the good work !!!!!!!!

We love to travel ourselves and we have set our unit up so that we feel comfortable and at home, and hope you will too. We love the location and whilst we have our favourite haunts down there, there is always somewhere new to discover too. Being a drive to Narooma, Mogo, a closer outing to the numerous clubs and restaurants or relaxing on the balcony we love it. Wineoclock can come early down the coast. It is a fantastic area for families.
