Take a long walk through the countryside, or have an evening fire under the stars. Our farm overlooks 3000 acres of farmland and coulees. Visit the horses, enjoy the gardens - even harvest fixings for a salad! The property is great for bird watching, with resident hawks, humming birds, yellow finch, woodpeckers, owls, and many more - foxes, porcupines, deer, skunks, and badgers are also common here.
I am a Vancouver Island girl living in the foothills of Alberta on a beautiful hobby farm and working from my home as much as I can. I love the peace of the country air as much as I love the ocean, the lakes, and the rivers I grew up with on the Island. I love simple travel - seeing the real culture and geography of places.
I have opened my home on Air B&B to share my little piece of heaven with others, and I appreciate the opportunity to travel and meet people of like-mind.
