The space
Sona Tra is a classic oceanfront beach house designed for comfort, connection, and easy coastal living. The home offers three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an open main living area with expansive windows that keep the Pacific Ocean front and center.

The primary bedroom is located on the upper level and features a king bed in a loft-style space (no privacy door). French doors open to a glass-wrapped balcony with sweeping ocean views, and a second east-facing balcony looks toward the coastal mountains. The en suite bathroom includes a dual vanity and a tub/shower combination.

On the main level, one guest bedroom offers a queen bed and easy access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom is a favorite with kids and teens, sleeping four with twin beds and a twin bunk bed. This room is conveniently located near the laundry area and the garage, which doubles as a game room.

The living room features comfortable seating, a stone fireplace with an electric insert, and large picture windows that frame sweeping views of the Pacific. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining and living areas, making it easy to cook and gather together while enjoying the view.

Outside, guests can step directly onto the beach via easy, low-bank access. A grassy backyard provides space for kids and dogs to play, while a gas grill and picnic table make outdoor meals a pleasure. The garage game room includes Ping-Pong and board games for entertainment in any weather.

Sona Tra is dog-friendly and family-friendly, offering a relaxed, welcoming setting for beach days, storm watching, sunsets, and—if you’re lucky—spotting whales passing offshore.

*The primary bedroom is loft-style suite complete with an ensuite bathroom and two balconies. It is accessed via stairs without a privacy door.
*The fireplace has an electric insert. It is not wood-burning.
*Dog Friendly for up to two dogs - We charge $100.00 per dog for up to two dogs that stay in our properties. This pet fee is not a "cleaning charge" and not designed to cover the cost of extra cleaning should your pet leave the rental property covered in hair from normal shedding. The pet fee is a standard item in the rental, resort, and hospitality industry - it's an "insurance" to us.
