As from 1st July 2016 the Farm is under new management and now not running as an Organic Farm. Now not only will visitors get to see chickens, geese, goats and Eric the sheep, we have brought our cows with calves, lambs and coming soon there will be pigs and piglets. We have lots of exciting plans. The spacious 3 bedroom cottage has been newly updated which also comprises of a private garden with fantastic views towards the Welsh mountains, off-street parking and its fully equipped.

The space

Dairy Cottage converted into 2 story accommodation.
Quiet location with private garden.

Guest access

Private access for parking of up to 6 cars on the farm round the back of the cottage.

Interaction with guests

We are usually around working on the farm as there is lots to do, so feel free to come and have a chat. We can call the cows in closer for you to see them, we can also take you to collect the eggs from the chickens.

Other things to note

You can walk around the farm, however we do ask that you don't go into the fields where the animals are.
The shop/cafe is currently closed for refurbishment but will be reopening soon.

Simon was very welcoming and there was no problem with us arriving late in the evening. The accomodation was very nice and very clean. I would highly recommend staying here at the farm.

We had a lovely stay at the farm. Our children loved the animals, and it was a great base to explore the Forest of Dean. The garden was also great and the honey from the farm shop was amazing! Also, I enjoyed a few cuddles with the farm cats, one in particular I completely fell in love with. Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent place for a family or group of friends to stay. Right on the edge of the countryside but close enough to plenty of local attractions. Hosts were really attentive. Thanks!

Pretty village near Wye valley. Great walks all round. Shop on farm as asset. Great cake. We enjoyed looking at the animals.

Lovely place and lovely hosts. Enjoyed the stay a lot and my daughter loved the animals. Easier with car as the local public transport (although linking with Gloucester and Ross-on-Wye is not very frequent. Comfortable beds, good kitchen and lovely views.
