Railway cottage has recently been newly refurbished and boasts a stunning coastal vibe interior which is bright and airy and fits in with its coastal surrounds.
The property is situated on the beach front in Youghal.
The greenway is next door & will be in operation from May 2024.
The 5km boardwalk is directly parallel to the house and the location is ideal if you want to relax and be close to all amenities.
There are restaurants, bars, cafes & shops within walking distance and many activities.

The cottage is over 2 floors.
The ground floor consists of bedroom 1 (king bed )
Master bathroom/utility
living area /open plan kitchen,Access to the outdoor area which is enclosed for private use for guests.
upstairs consists of bedroom2 (2 x single) and bedroom3 (king bed)

The guests have full use of all areas within the house and outside.There is a beautiful outdoor area for entertaining
