Small house, beach and shops within walking distance

Completely renovated house, located on a very quiet street 500 m from the sea and the city center. In season, shops and entertainment, night market on Sunday nights, funfair in the summer. 500 m from the daily market and the Casino. Garden including private outdoor area, a terrace overlooking the pine trees and one on the side in the shade. Stairs outside. Linens/towels are not provided. The cleaning fee is optional: 40 euro to be paid on-site or to be carried out carefully.

Very well located, ideal for walking and cycling (bike path on foot), close to the village of Saint-Trojan and the thalassotherapy center. We rent our little house in Ronce les Bains with 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Terrace and garden will allow you to enjoy the sun all day. It is very well located 3’ walk from everything (sea, market and shops). A separate room allows you to take a shower back from the beach as well as a washing machine. The little extra to use in moderation for the planet: it has air conditioning. Plancha and bodybuilding rower available.
