Dejligt sommerhus på naturskønne Bolilmark

Det vi oftest hører om vores sommerhus er, at det har en dejlig atmosfære, at man føler sig velkommen og hjemme og at det er hyggeligt indrettet. Vi bestræber os på at sommerhuset er personligt men også funktionelt, hvorfor indretningen er en god blanding af nyt og gammelt. Vi købte sommerhuset i 2018, renoverer det lidt hen ad vejen og som tiden er til det. Det vi ønsker er, at sommerhuset fremstår hyggeligt og personligt. Vores ønske er, at huset kan være rammen for at skabe gode minder.

Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Vores hyggelige 50 m2 lejlighed ligger i hjertet af Gråsten med udsigt over slotssøen og Gråsten slot. I nærheden findes shopping, restauranter, havn, strand, skov og meget mere. Indretning: køkkenalrum med plads til 4 pers. og stue med behagelige møbler, tv og god belysning, seperat vaskerum med vaskemaskine og tørretumbler mod betaling, soveværelse med skydedøre til stuen, 1 doppeltseng og en sovesofa, badeværelse (bruser med badebænk) samt en privat terrasse udenfor døren.

Du kan lave din egen morgenmad i det lille tekøkken med 2 kogeplader og køkkengrej, eller du kan bestille morgenmad ved os (mod en merpris) Nyd solopgangen med dampende varm kaffe til synet at tusindevis af trækfugle ved fuglereservatet Tipperne. Vil du til Vesterhavet er den kun 15 minutters gang væk. Sengelinned og håndklæder er inklusiv i prisen.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included
