The apartment of 68 sqm is in the basement of our house. It has a private entrance and includes; Hallway with hanging space for outerwear Bathroom with shower Small kitchen with stove, fridge/freezer and cooking equipment 2 bedrooms with double beds Living room with corner sofa and dining area Outside there is a small seating area and you are free to use the garden.

Herfra bruker du 10 min til Gamlebyen, 15 min til Fredrikstad sentrum og 25min til Svinesund. Det er kort vei til badeplasser og campingplass og nærbutikken ligger bare en 10-minutters gåtur unna. Huset er fra 1850 og er totalrenovert i 2022. Verandaen er perfekt for sene sommerkvelder, usjenert og med nydelig utsikt

Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.

Sovesofa i oppholdsrom til 2 personer til. Bad med dusj og vaskemaskin. Ikke kjøkken, men mulighet for enkel matlaging. Har kjøleskap/mikroovn/dobbel kokeplate/kaffetrakter/vannkoker/oppvaskmaskin og brødrister. Servise/bestikk osv til dere alle. Buss nr 8 går ute i Svaneveien hver time. VELKOMMEN 🥰

This is a place to just be, enjoy the silence and the bustling bird life and the fresh air. Here there are great opportunities to see the forest's animals and birds. Primus camping kitchen. Spacious outhouse with washing water drum. Solar lighting, mobile coverage, no wifi. Cleaning is included.
