The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. Our charming new apartment is located in the district of Linz Urfahr in a quiet location, close to the university. The 90 m² are divided into anteroom, 2 bedrooms, first-class kitchen-living room with access to the large balcony, toilet, storage room and bathroom with bathtub. From noon onwards, you can enjoy the sun on the beautiful spacious balcony. The elevator takes our guests to the second floor where our lovingly furnished, spacious apartment is located.

Lovely vacation apartment near Linz. We live very rurally, but only 9 km from the capital Linz. Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is ensured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/day adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis has been placed on child-friendliness.
