A large indoor and outdoor space, with a pond, orchard, vegetable garden, animals, large parking lot, a cozy indoor and outdoor space, close to the city center, has a water source, gas heating in all the faucets, has a wood stove, washing machine, dishwasher, television, Wi-Fi. There are 3 floors in a rustic style, all built with bricks and demolition wood.
